Flint and Steel FS3 Burdock

Burdock is 7/16 Nebraska Line, 7/16 Ohio Line, and 1/8 Virginia Line.  He’s got a great disposition, longer body type, and a little patch of white on his snout.  In his adolescent months he was a great escape artist.

Brambleberry Chicory

Chicory is 3/16 Nebraska Line, 10/16 Ohio Line, and 3/16 Virginia Line.  She’s talkative and energetic, but solidly friendly, is larger than our other sows have been, and has a medium to long body type.  She had 5 piglets for her first litter at 16 months old, and is expecting her second litter this spring.  We’re really excited about Chicory’s potential!

Pleasant Ridge Dandelion

Dandelion is 9/16 Nebraska Line, 3/16 Ohio Line, and 4/16 Virginia Line.  She’s got sass at the feed trough and in the breeding pen, but is the sweetest sow we’ve had.  All it takes is a couple of scratches for her to roll over like a dog for belly rubs.  She‘s a definite favorite for these attributes, but also for her long snout and long bacon-type body.  High litter numbers also fall in her favor.  She had 4 piglets for her first litter at 12 months old (a little too young!), 7 for her second litter, and 9 the third time.
